Update at 15.45 Thursday January 7th 2009

After discussing the weather situation with transport, we will once again try our best to open the school tomorrow (Friday 8th January).

However in order to prevent confusion similar to today's we will open the school at 9.30 AM

This will allow us to get a definite report from transport prior to posting any message about possible closure.


Please check this site as soon as possible after 7.10 AM tomorrow, to see if we are able to open.


Transport will try if at all possible to get out - but many roads are very icy and we will not know until tomorrow whether this is possible.


Staff are advised to check this site after 7.10 before leaving for work if at all possible tomorrow,
