Latest Severe Weather Update : 11.15 AM Thursday

The School apologises for the confusion which occurred this morning. A little past 6.00 we were told that transport were going out on their normal runs, and therefore the school could remain open.

However on setting out on their runs, drivers found that conditions were unsafe, and I was contacted at 7.45 to say that transport were cancelling their journeys today – and we had to take the late decision to close the school.

I am expecting a decision from transport shortly after 2.00 PM today to say whether they expect to be able to run their service tomorrow – and will make a further update then.
